SITP Win EXPOSURE MUSIC AWARDS 2008!!!!!!!!
The exposure music awards is in it's first year and is run by Raven Black Music and sponsored by tourdates.co.uk There were 12 categories and we're pleased to say we won Best Indie Act!!
There were 6 Nominees for each category, chosen by 4 experienced judges in the music industry one of which is a Grammy award winning producer. They were all sent the tracks individually and without any info on the band and were judged purely on musical and lyrical content, not on the recording and how much money you have for posh high end recordings in studio's with swimming pools :o)
Unfortunately Dino couldn't make the Award show which Stuckinthepie was scheduled to play a live set at, so Graham did a solo slot including some of SITP's best tunes.. Bleeding Soho - The Rescue & News To Me and also picked up the award!
The winners this year ensure a place on stage at next years awards too plus potentially more gigs and more press. So please support any gigs the guys have and leave your thoughts on the Sausage Board.
From here on in Stuckinthepie will be doing there best to produce some of the existing songs and record as many new songs as they can. Aiming to get a full Album!! Watch this space for new material and new gigs!

First of all I'd just like to thank the musicians who worked on our CD. It's incredible how they managed it because they had hardly heard the tracks and wrote their parts on the spot!! And I'm amazed how it turned out. With hardly any preparation.
Plenty of energy supplied by the keyboards and synths are thanks to Nic Slack plus some quality backing vocals too.
The creative and groovy bass lines are down to Alan Ward
Drums by Paul White. Who again did everything on the spot. We hired his expertise for the day and used his mammoth drum kit with superb results!! Plus Drums by Jason Wilcock on News To Me
The original sounding main vocals!! Sang by Dino Dorado.
And me on guitar and backing vocals! Graham Prior
